Shipping Policy

Order Processing Timeframe

  • Processing Window: We process and prepare all orders for shipment within 2–3 business days of receipt (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Additional Information: If we require extra documentation or clarification—such as proof of import/export compliance for international orders—we will contact you immediately. Any delay in your response may extend the processing time.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • Domestic (U.S.) Shipments:

    • Carriers: USPS or UPS, depending on service availability and cost-efficiency.

    • Service Levels: Standard Ground, Expedited (2‑day), or Overnight (when available).

  • International Shipments:

    • Carriers: Primarily USPS International and UPS Worldwide services.

    • Service Levels vary by destination country; you may choose Economy, Standard, or Expedited at checkout.

Shipping Costs

  • Domestic Rates: Calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and service level.

  • International Rates: Calculated at checkout and may include additional handling fees, which may change between order and shipment. You will be notified if your shipping rate has changed

International Shipping & Customs

  • Customs Duties & Taxes: You are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees assessed by your country.

  • Documentation: We include a commercial invoice declaring the contents and value. If you require special invoices (e.g., for commercial resellers), please notify us before shipping.

  • Import/Export Restrictions: Shipments to certain regions may incur delays or compliance checks. If your country imposes restrictions on mineral or crystal imports, your order may be held for additional inspection.

Potential Delays & Service Interruptions

  • While we strive for timely delivery, external factors may delay shipments:

  • Weather Events: Heavy snow, hurricanes, or other severe conditions (e.g., snowstorms around Mt. Shasta).

  • Power Outages: Temporary Wix or carrier facility disruptions.

  • Regulatory Holds: Import/export compliance reviews.

  • Carrier Delays: Backlogs or strikes impacting USPS or UPS.

  • In such cases, we will notify you as soon as we become aware.

Tracking & Delivery

  • Tracking Number: Provided via email once your order ships.

  • Delivery Confirmation: Carriers may require a signature for high‑value shipments.

  • Missed Deliveries: If you miss a delivery attempt, follow the carrier’s instructions for redelivery or pick‑up.

Address Changes & Undeliverable Packages

  • Before Shipment: Contact us immediately to correct errors.

  • After Shipment:

    • If the carrier returns the package due to an invalid or undeliverable address, you will be responsible for additional shipping charges upon reshipment.

  • If you abandon the package, no refund on shipping costs.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • Report Promptly: Email hello@andaramagic.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.

  • Claims Process: We will coordinate with the carrier to file a claim and, upon validation, either resend the items or issue a refund.
