Eligibility for Refund

Return Window: You may request a refund within 7 days of product delivery (the “Arrival Date”).

Condition of Items: Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and accessories intact.
Note: Because every item is unique, we do not offer exchanges or replacements. Refunds are the sole remedy for returns.
Return Authorization

Requesting a Return: Email hello@andaramagic.com with your order number, the exact item you wish to return, and a brief reason.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA): We will issue an RMA number and detailed return instructions. Do not ship items without an RMA; unauthorized returns may be refused.
Return Shipping & Costs

Buyer’s Responsibility: You are responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable carrier and purchasing shipping insurance; we are not liable for items damaged or lost in transit.

Packaging: Securely package your unique item and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box.
Issuance of Refund

Refund Timing: Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned merchandise.

Method of Refund: Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Shipping Charges: Original outbound shipping fees are non‑refundable.
Inspection and Restocking

Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to confirm it meets our return criteria (original condition and packaging).
Defective or Incorrect Items

Defect Claims: If you received a defective or incorrect item, notify us at hello@andaramagic.com within 7 days of delivery. We will cover return shipping costs for defective or mis‑shipped products and issue a full refund upon inspection.

Because each item is unique, we cannot replace it with an identical piece. You will receive a refund rather than an exchange.
